    Organizational Structure


    This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Store Design and Construction


    Position Description

    The Project Coordinator, Store Design and Construction is responsible for assisting project managers and the Senior Director with projects from inception through construction punchlist and to assist in invoices payments, procurement of fixtures and furniture.  This person will also be responsible for assisting in procurement of fixtures, furniture, accessories, etc for new and renovated location, assisting in the design and construction and the execution of the construction documents to successfully complete new store, remodel, wholesale and international projects.


    • Track invoices and assure they are coded and in process of payment
    • Track furniture fixture deliveries and confirm schedule to be delivered
    • Maintain furniture and fixture inventory in warehouse
    • Assist in drawing/ design new store or remodel
    • Draw redline markups
    • 3d sketch up renderings
    • Manage coordination of SBO items
    • File project documents, Maintain project folders
    • Assist in shop drawing review
    • Assist in maintaining project schedule and budgets
    • Track and report progress of assigned projects to all internal and external teams
    • Research alternative materials/ finishes, millwork, and store design options that will yield cost savings but maintain our brand identity and design intent.


    • Degree in Architecture/Design or related area required
    • Minimum 1-2 years retail design experience in high end/luxury and contemporary retail
    • Highly motivated, self-starter
    • Strong sense of urgency
    • High level written and oral communication skills mandatory
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Must know Autocad, photoshop, 3D rendering software (sketchup or similar), Microsoft word, excel, Adobe acrobat pro
    • Strong Communication skills, ability to interact well with consultants, landlords and internal business partners
    • High level understanding of Construction process
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Solid decision making skills based on changing conditions
    • Exhibits honesty and integrity
