    Organizational Structure:


    The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Director, Logistics. 


    Position Description:


    The primary responsibility of this position will be monitoring and tracking import cargo from origin to final-destination while executing the tactical routing of Port of Entry shipments in a manner consistent with the company objectives. In unison with the position’s key responsibility, this team member will be tasked with analyzing inbound & outbound transportation expenses, supporting day to day calendar management and supporting the leadership team with various continuous improvement initiatives across Vince’s Global Supply Chain.


    We are looking for a proactive and hard working team member who is excited to be part of a growing team & brand. The individual must be able and willing to communicate cross-functionally with a broad group of team members. They will work with Suppliers, Distribution Centers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Sales, Order Management and Customer Accounts in fulfilling their daily duties.  


    Overall, this role will work in the day to day execution of the supply chain and do so across a broad range of supply chain functions including transportation, customs, distribution, freight and much more.


    • Monitoring & tracking of import shipments from origin to final-destination or (Delivery Point)
    • Create/Validate Advance Shipment Notices (ASN)
    • Route Port of Entry shipments, post receipts & pick slips
    • Maintain and update (bookings and deliveries) matrix’s
    • Monitor, Analyze & Report on Monthly Parcel Spend
    • Resolve shipping issues, acting as a liaison between suppliers, freight forwarders and/or carriers, customs brokers, drayage companies & 3PL warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods
    • Any other tasks as assigned by Trade Compliance Manager


    • Knowledgeable of US Customs Import laws and regulations; including HTS codes for wearing apparel, clothing accessories and handbags; and FWS regulations
    • Detailed oriented with strong prioritization skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Willingness to support the tactical execution of the business
    • Good communication, written and oral
    • Effective troubleshooting with timely resolution

    Technical Skills:


    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
