    Organizational Structure:


    The position reports directly to the VP of FP&A and Investor Relations


    Position Description:


    This position is responsible for the financial planning and forecasting processes, supporting of annual budgets and long-term financial models, as well as other key business analytics. The position will collaborate with business partners to drive decisions which align with Vince’s strategic and financial objectives. This position will support the following areas: Retail (Full Price, Outlet and Admin- Full P&L), and other areas of focus will be determined closer to hiring period.


    • Management of annual budgets, strategic plans and montly P&L forecasts for the Company’s Full Price, Outlet and Retail Admin business
    • Analysis of monthly financial results, review monthly accruals and provide detailed variance explanations to budget/forecast
    • Comparable Sales Reporting
    • Prepare monthly reporting packages for senior management and private equity firm
    • Development of process and procedures that result in accurate and timely business key business analytics and reporting
    • ROI modeling (new stores openings and other investments)
    • “Deep Dive” evaluations of business performance and new business opportunities
    • Active contribution to process improvement and department projects as needed


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Must have exceptional MS Excel skills and be proficient in organizing, analyzing and presenting large/complex data sets
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with investment banking, retail and/or corporate background preferred
    • Must have strong technical, modeling, financial and analytical skills
    • Must be very detail- oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Eager to join and adapt in a dynamic, growing environment
    • Hands- on experience with major corporate ERP systems, Big Data Visualization (Power BI), SQL and DB structures not required but helpful
