    • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across all channels including email, display, paid social, paid search, and affiliates.
    • Request assets and copy for all digital marketing channels. Analyze creative performance and collaborate with creative team to secure assets that will drive strong performance.
    • Assist with ad trafficking and tracking of performance for all digital marketing channels.
    • Record and analyze email performance, delivering reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Track monthly KPIs for both and the Vince app. Analyze marketing channel performance for both the website and app. Provide strategic recommendations to improve digital marketing performance.
    • Support digital branding via direct media buys under direction by the Marketing department and Digital Marketing department.
    • Analyze customer data, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Apply learnings to optimize digital marketing performance.
    • Research new online marketing trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.


    • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at an accredited college or university
    • Major in a related field
    • Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week
    • Google Analytics experience preferred
    • Effective project management skills
    • Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management
    • Self motivated, ability to multi- task, problem solving skills, initiative, drive, creativity and flexibility are essential
    • Knowledge of the brand, as well as other luxury brands and competitors in the contemporary market
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
