    Organizational Structure:


    The Logistics Support reports directly to the Trade Compliance Manager. 


    Position Description: 


    This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking import cargo from origin to final destination, creating Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), review & audit import entry packages, and assist with import bookings in a manner consistent with the company objectives. This position will work all related parties–Suppliers, Distribution Centers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Customer Service and Sourcing/Production in fulfilling these duties.  



    • Monitoring & tracking of import shipments from origin to final destination
    • Create/Validate Advance Shipment Notices (ASN)
    • Maintain and update (bookings and deliveries) matrix’s
    • Resolve shipping issues, acting as a liaison between suppliers, freight forwarders and/or carriers, customs brokers & drayage companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
    • Review and Audit import entry documentation files for accuracy and identify whether Post Summary Correction (PSC) is needed
    • Audit DDP entry docs and create ASNs for DDP shipments
    • Any other tasks as assigned by Trade Compliance Manager


    • Knowledgeable of US Customs Import laws and regulations; including HTS codes for wearing apparel, clothing accessories and handbags; and FWS regulations.
    • Detailed oriented with strong prioritization skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Good communication, written and oral
    • Effective troubleshooting with timely resolution

    Technical Skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
