    Organizational Structure:


    This Sr. Planner/Buyer reports into the Sr. Manager, Planning and Allocation.


    • Establish annual/seasonal classification level receipt budget by month
    • Develop SKU plans by class
    • Outlet MFO (Made for Outlet) vs. NON MFO inventory flow forecast
    • Creation of SKU plans for MFO (Made for Outlet) and retail
    • Ecom capacity planning
    • Create seasonal, monthly, and weekly plans
    • Forecast sales, inventory, and gross margin
    • Create both monthly and daily bonus plans
    • Create promotional plans and inventory targets
    • Monitor performance to achieve pre-season and in-season targets
    • Manage and update monthly OTB (Open to Buy)
    • Manage and update replenishment style sales and on-order forecast bi-monthly
    • Recap business by classification and by store
    • Markdown vs. Full Price sales and inventory forecasting
    • Weekly reporting for E-commerce and outlets
    • E-commerce and outlet hindsighting and historical sales data
    • Assist in automating reporting process
    • Oversee all facets of buying, planning, and merchant strategy for the Outlet business channel
    • Manage all cross-functional relationships pertaining to the Outlet channel


    Business Management Responsibilities:

    • Represent the Outlet business in all management meetings, report on all business activities to ensure growth and performance of the Outlet business
    • Store Communication:
      • Partner continuously with Area Managers and District Managers to react to weekly business needs, and to adjust promotions and store communication to drive sales and margin
    • Marketing:
      • Partner with Marketing and Creative team to revamp Outlet marketing strategy
      • Facilitate New Signage Rollout
      • Partner with Marketing to create weekly email cadence

    Buying Responsibilities:

    • Partner with merchandising to create MFO assortment
    • Place MFO buys to marry back to Full Price drop-down
    • Manage weekly promotional cadence and markdown strategy, to maximize gross margin and sales
    • Leverage MFO and ATS reorder opportunities to fully exploit sales opportunity
    • Partner with allocation to approve initial allocations, as well as weekly replenishment flow


    • Must have at least five (5+) years in planning
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
    • Computer Literate-Advanced Excel Skills
    • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
    • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
    • E-commerce background preferred but not required
