    Organizational Structure:


    The Allocation and Customer Service Associate, EDI, reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Order Management. 


    • EDI order processing and managing
    • Bulk / Projection order management
    • Methodology of order allocation
    • Handle and follow through with major accounts and specialty stores
    • Expert with excel and reporting
    • Understand and apply brand policies and procedures
    • Make decisions based on what is best for the customer while protecting our brand
    • Exemplary follow through to ensure a timely response and resolution on any issues
    • Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with peers
    • Demonstrate service centric approach with a positive attitude
    • Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested


    • 3-5 years in a customer service environment (apparel or footwear preferred)
    • Organizationally sound and structured
    • Must be an analytical thinker and can resolve issues quickly
    • Solutions oriented
    • MS proficient
    • Exemplary interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
    • Candidates must be motivated, patient, and detail-oriented
