    Organizational Structure:


    The Customer Service Associate, Data Entry, reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Order Management. 


    • Manage all customer communication regarding store setups, address changes
    • Follow up on customer compliance websites to ensure we are up to date with any changes made by the stores
    • Maintain customer master setups, terms, salesperson, and addresses.
    • Respond to emails and phone calls directly from sales and shipping depts. in a timely manner
    • Follow through to ensure a timely response and resolution on any issues
    • Understand and apply all brand policies
    • Create return documents as requested by sales personnel

    Data Entry Responsibilities


    • Enter orders from sales and or directly from customers
    • Work with credit for customer issues, customer master setup
    • Communicate shipping needs
    • Supply reports to sales on open orders
    • Knowledge of routing guides and Customer requirements
    • Maintain accurate order files
    • Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested


    • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service, logistics and or routing
    • Exemplary interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
    • Candidates must be motivated, patient, and detail-oriented
    • Must have basic computer skills including experience with MS Office applications
    • Must be able to work well in a team environment
    • Must be an analytical thinker and have the ability to resolve issues quickly
