The Executive Assistant to the SVP of Human Resources will be responsible for leveraging exceptional organizational and administrative support expertise to drive superior results that achieve “best in class” performance for VINCE. The Executive Assistant provides direct day-to-day administrative and operational support to the SVP of HR, spanning document creation, calendar management, meeting preparedness, travel arrangements, expense management, and full-charge administrative and operational responsibilities for the HR function. As described further below, this role requires some willing to flex from a range of responsibilities and tasks, some that are purely administrative in nature, and others that will provide excellent learning opportunities and experience in HR.
The Executive Assistant will report to the SVP of Human Resources.
