Organizational Structure: 

 

The Credit and Collections Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable. 

Responsibilities

  • Collect on past due accounts and cash in advance orders
  • Manage customer order flow
  • Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Investigate and resolve any account discrepancies
  • Respond to customer, sales team, warehouse and order management inquiries.
  • Respond to reporting and audit requests

Qualifications

  • Must be a high school graduate
  • 4-5 years credit/collections experience
  • Experience with an automated accounts receivable system, Dynamics AX preferred
  • Apparel and retail experience is a plus
  • Expresses ideas clearly, concisely and effectively; listens to and responds appropriately to others
  • Possesses good analytical skills, and has the ability to apply these skills to solve problems and resolve issues
  • Solid PC skills, and is proficient in the use of applications in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Works effectively within the department and across departments, as a pro-active team member; works with co-workers to accomplish organizational and service goals
  • A self-starter who is willing to pro-actively assist others when necessary in completing department daily/weekly/monthly activities
