Organizational Structure:


The Receptionist reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.


  • Greet visitors and candidates upon arrival to the office in a professional and friendly manner; determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate contact
  • Create hospitable environment for visitors, traveling executives, and new hires when acclimating to the office
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including but not limited to: scheduling candidates, posting jobs on our careers page and other forums, and reviewing applicants
  • Event Planning; research, plan, budget, and execute internal events monthly
  • Develop and distribute the monthly Newsletter and internal memos – partner with various teams to collect information, updates, and acknowledgments for circulation.
  • Partner with Facilities Coordinator to ensure that the NY office is running smoothly and the reception area is kept clean and organized
  • Handle outgoing FedEx, UPS, Messenger Services, Certified Mail and other special shipments as well as sign for all incoming packages
  • Provide adhoc support in preparation for market, ensure the reception area meets expectations throughout market week and provide high quality customer service to our accounts
  • Manage conference room calendar, and assist teams with reserving space
  • Produce onboarding materials for new hires and interns


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist or office manager in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be reliable and on time
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office software
  • Strong interest and experience in the fashion industry preferred
