Organizational Structure:


The Public Relations Intern will work very closely with the Vince Marketing team and report to the Public Relations Coordinator and Public Relations Manager.


  • Manage sample trafficking for international and domestic requests via FashionGPS
  • Maintain highly organized closets, including multiple seasons of men’s + women’s ready-to-wear and footwear
  • Search and scan press clippings (print + online) for all international and domestic publications; assist in preparation of weekly press recaps
  • Search and clip all VIP dressing coverage (including celebrity, influencer, etc.)
  • Create and maintain media lists for all international and domestic markets
  • Assist with planning and preparation for press previews and brand events
  • Work directly with PR Coordinator & Manager to create relevant pitches and press collateral pertaining to seasonal trends, store openings and VIP dressing
  • Create seasonal market trend overviews + fashion week recaps
  • Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to archiving, scanning and packaging



  • Major in a related field i.e. – public relations, fashion, communications
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at an accredited college or university
  • Previous experience in fashion public relations is preferred but not required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work 30 hours a week
  • Effective project management skills are necessary
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office, FashionGPS, photoshop (a plus but not required)
  • Self motivated, ability to multi- task, critical thinking, problem solving skills, initiative, drive, common sense, creativity and flexibility are essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills




This is a paid temporary role. Temporary employees do not receive vacation, sick time, holiday pay or personal time.
